We stayed at this villa for a night during our group trip. The location was convenient, within walking distance to nearby attractions. Each room was spacious with a private bathroom, which was a plus. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and linens left something to desire.
The poor state of the bathrooms and linens detracted from our overall experience.

Celebrated New Year's Eve with family and friends and had a great experience! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms adding on to privacy and convenience. The villa is centrally located, making it easy to reach the nearby attractions. the staff prepared a delicious dinner, which just added on to the celebrations!
Some areas in the villa could have been cleaner, and the bedsheets were not all fresh. However, the staff was responsive and immediately provided clean sheets on demand.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing me with an early morning tea/coffee and takeaway breakfast as I had to leave early. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spacious and clean rooms, each of which was like a master bedroom with a private bathroom. I also appreciated the convenient location of this hotel, situated within walking distance of a famous tourist attraction.

Spending New Year's Eve with my friends at this villa was one of the best decisions we made on our 10-day Sri Lankan road trip! We loved that every room had its own bathroom, making it feel like a home away from home. the location was perfect – just a five-minute walk from an iconic local spot, which added to the overall experience. the takeaway breakfast and early morning tea/coffee were a great touch and much appreciated!
While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have a few minor issues. the bathrooms could have been cleaner and some of the bedsheets weren't completely clean upon arrival.
